I deliver dynamic, interactive project management training within organizations. The most popular is a 3-day workshop simulation of a project that takes participants through the art and science of initiating, planning, executing/controlling and closing a project. I also integrate your standard project management tools/templates within the training material.
I relate extremely well to all levels and all functions of participants, including Sr. Management, Project Sponsors, Project Managers (new and experienced), team members and anyone who is asked to plan and manage a project, such as Business Leaders, Engineers, IT, Business Analysts, Clinicians, and subject matter experts. I have also trained newly formed project teams at organizations to ensure they all have the same understanding and perspective of the project management techniques and processes so they can be more effective as an entire project team.
Consulting.
I provide consulting services to help advance and improve project, program and portfolio management practices within your organization. I have implemented standard project management templates and processes that improve alignment and communication among stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget and according to requirements. I have implemented Project Portfolio Management processes, tools and governance to ensure the right projects are being worked on within constraints of limited resources. I have set up Project Management Centers of Excellence, called Project Support Offices and Project Management Offices. I use a collaborative approach that fits within your culture, environment and day-to-day business processes.
